Each capsule contains: 590mg E-EPA 260mg E-DHA 50mg other omega-3 fatty acids, and 7,5µg (microgram) vitamin D3 The raw material is totally natural extracted from unpolluted wild fatty fish in the Pacific Ocean. Each CardiOmega capsule also gives 7,5 µg of Vitamin D3. Adults can safely take continuously up to 250µg and children up to 25µg/day. CardiOmega is manufactured by a sophisticated method called vacuum distillation. The oil is totally purified from cholesterol, saturated, trans and oxidized fatty acids as well as environmental toxins, such as heavy metals, dioxins and polychlorinated biphenyls, PCBs.
